PRALINE

Pralines have been widely used to flavor chocolates, pastries, pastries and ice cream. Today, the dried fruit has gained popularity and is captivating gourmets around the world.

PRALINES TRADITIONS

Noble materials such as almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios, mixed with sugar, are cooked in a traditional way in copper basins with direct flame, then cooled and crushed.

 

The authentic granite conch then allows the product to be textured in order to bring out the aromatic characteristics so specific to traditional pralines.

PRALINES FLUIDES

These pralines are made in a workshop which allows great fineness of grinding, which gives them a smooth, supple and unique texture. The finesse of the products obtained allows the most astonishing creations.

PRALIREX

Fluid pastes containing 100% dried fruits to flavor all types of applications and allow the designation "with hazelnut" or "pistachio".

SPECIALTY - DRIED FRUITS


These praline-based fillings are made on a line reproducing an artisanal method to which inclusions or chocolate have been added to obtain textures as delicious as they are surprising.
